Thai Charm Frisco

First time at this restaurant. Service (Franky j & team) was excellent-some of the best service we have had in months. Very efficient and cordial. Though busy, one would have never known given the exceptional service we enjoyed. Ordered a couple of appetizers-coconut shrimp was good, though over fried, egg rolls were excellent. We shared a few entrees - each were excellent! Atmosphere was great - comfortable seating, good light and low noise level. Great place.

We went to Thai Charm as a group of 12. Because we were such a large group, we made an advanced reservation. The staff is very courteous. The coconut shrimp was amazing—honestly one of the best prawn dishes I've had in the USA. Coming from a coastal city in India, a good prawn dish was exactly what I was missing in the land-bound DFW. We also tried both the yellow and red chicken curries, but I liked the red one more. The mango lemonade was another big hit.

Absolutely TOM YUMMY WOW!I had an incredible meal at Thai Charm in Frisco and I’m still thinking about it. The noodles were cooked to perfection — perfectly tender with just the right chew, loaded with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delight! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and relaxing — exactly what you want for a great Thai dinner. It feels cozy and authentic without being over-the-top. Service was friendly and attentive too. What really stood out was the spice level — they nailed it perfectly! I loved that they brought out the spice tray so I could customize exactly how hot I wanted it. No guessing games, just pure customizable heat. This is how Thai food should be done.If you’re in Frisco and craving Thai food, do yourself a favor and go to Thai Charm. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and spot-on. I’ll definitely be back soon — highly recommend! YUMMY WOW indeed!

Absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious and truly authentic Thai. We had the larb gai, moo ping, and green curry — every dish was full of flavor and tasted amazing. The restaurant was also very clean, cozy, and beautifully presented. What made the experience even better was the staff — everyone was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You can really feel the care they put into both the food and the service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real Thai flavors and a great dining experience. Will definitely come back again!

Thai Charm – Frisco, TX (5 Stars) We had an incredible dining experience at Thai Charm in Frisco! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, with lovely Thai décor and a relaxed yet elegant vibe. The service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure we enjoyed every dish.We sampled several items from the menu, and each one was exceptional. The Tom Kha soup was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with creamy coconut flavor and a hint of spice. The papaya salad had just the right level of tanginess and crunch. The Pad Thai was one of the best we’ve ever had — flavorful, fresh, and not overly sweet. The fried rice was delicious and well-seasoned, and the spring rolls were crisp on the outside with a light, tasty filling inside. Everything tasted freshly prepared, and the presentation was beautiful too.Overall, Thai Charm completely exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that the chefs take pride in both the flavor and quality of their food. We’ll definitely be returning soon — this place is a gem for anyone who loves authentic Thai cuisine!
